Child Protection Policy Work shop

Humanitarian assistance for the women and children of Afghanistan (HAWCA) is currently actives in the area of child and child protection, it is working since 1999 for the betterment of child education and it has big achievement along with its international partner kindernothelf (KNH).

Peace building project is another educational project taken by HAWCA and was established in Kabul city in the area of Ahmad shah Baba Mena in 2012 with close cooperation of Ministry of Education and funding of Kinder Not Hilfe (KNH). The project was started when many children had become victims of war and violence during the past decades of war.

During these years of activities for the children, HAWCA does not have any standardized policy for their protection, there for our donor KNH has been launched a three Module Workshop for the National NGOs such as HAWCA in INDIA for having a standardized policy for their country, In the first Module tow member of HAWCA has been participated for this workshop, it was three day workshop form 9 Dec to 11 Dec 2015 in Coimbatore City of India hosted by KKID organization.

The aim of first module was that participants of each century should be able to have a national draft form of the policy, the second and third module will be in 2016 and 2017.

HAWCA promises to fallow the international rules for protection of children along with its partner KNH Germany.
